Preparation:
- Follow the recipe and add concentrate color by drop into a mixing bag.
- Add 2-3 heaping scoops of Icicle mica for that shimmery effect.
- Measure 15ml (0.5floz) of Nail Polish Glamour Base.
- Pour the nail polish base into the mixing bag.
- Mix until the color is blended with the nail polish base.
- Drop in 3 mixing beads into a nail polish bottle.
- Cut a small tip off the corner of the bag, then pour it into the funnel.
- Voilà! A quality, homemade nail polish color just for you.
