TKB Trading offers USPS shipping as a convenience for customers who select it at checkout and for shipments to locations where USPS service is required, including Puerto Rico and PO Box addresses.

Due to ongoing delivery reliability issues and the lack of effective recourse once USPS marks a package as delivered, the following policy applies.

USPS Delivery Responsibility

• Once a USPS shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, TKB Trading is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery.
• USPS shipments that are lost, missing, stolen, delayed, or marked delivered but not received are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Puerto Rico & PO Box Shipments

• Orders shipping to Puerto Rico or PO Box addresses are sent via USPS.
• These shipments are subject to the same USPS risk terms and are not eligible for replacement or refund if marked delivered.

Shipping Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

Customers who wish to protect their order against loss, theft, or damage must select Shipping Insurance at checkout.

• Insured USPS shipments are eligible for replacement in accordance with the insurance coverage terms.
• Uninsured USPS shipments are shipped at the customer’s risk.

Important Notes

• This policy applies regardless of order value.
• USPS delivery scans serve as the final proof of delivery.
• Address errors provided at checkout are not covered under any circumstance.
