Shipping & Processing
• Orders ship from Oakland, CA via USPS, FedEx, or UPS
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Cut-off time: 8:30 a.m. (PST)
• Closed weekends — please plan accordingly
Shipping Method & Fulfillment
• Orders are shipped using the most cost-effective method
at TKB’s discretion
• Orders going to the same destination may be combined into a single
shipment at TKB’s discretion
• We do not split shipments once orders are placed.
Free Shipping
• Free shipping on orders over $350
• Applies to contiguous 48 U.S. states only
• Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
• Orders will be shipped using the most cost-effective method at TKB’s
discretion
• Orders going to the same destination may be combined into a single
shipment at TKB’s discretion
• Shipping insurance is optional (but recommended) and offered at
checkout via Route
• For orders shipped without insurance, TKB will not replace or refund items
that are lost, stolen, or damaged until the carrier has completed and approved
a claim investigation

Shipping Insurance (Optional, but Recommeneded)
Shipping insurance is available at checkout to protect your
order during transit.
• If insurance is selected and your package is confirmed
lost or materially damaged, TKB will issue a replacement at no additional
cost
• If insurance is not selected, TKB must file a claim with the carrier
before any replacement or refund is considered. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation process and timeline
• TKB is not responsible for transit delays or delivery issues caused by
factors outside our control
• By declining insurance, you acknowledge that any replacement or refund is contingent upon carrier claim approval
Shipping insurance is optional, but strongly recommended
for faster resolution.
Order Changes & Handling Fee
Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our
third-party fulfillment partner (3PL).
• No changes are guaranteed after order submission
• Approved changes will incur a $15 handling fee
• If an order has already shipped, no changes can be made
Why the fee applies
Post-submission changes require the order to be retrieved, opened, adjusted,
and repacked. The $15 fee reflects the handling cost charged by our fulfillment
partner.
Important Notes
• Change requests are subject to fulfillment status
• Customers may place a new order for additional items if needed
• Please review your order carefully before submitting payment
Post-Shipment Changes & Interception Requests
Once an order has shipped, any request to modify delivery
requires carrier intervention.
• A $70 post-shipment change fee will apply, plus any
additional carrier charges
• Delivery timelines are no longer guaranteed once a shipment is
intercepted or rerouted
• TKB is not responsible for delays, misrouting, or lost packages
resulting from post-shipment changes
• No refunds or replacements will be issued for shipments affected by
customer-requested carrier intervention
Shipping Address Policy
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout
• Once an order ships, tracking and delivery are the customer’s responsibility
• Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery
Requests to remove signature must be made before shipment
By removing signature, you agree that TKB is not responsible for lost or
stolen packages
If delivery fails due to address issues
• Reshipping will require an additional shipping fee
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Free reshipping is not offered
• If an order is canceled due to address or delivery issues,
a 20% restocking fee will apply
• TKB is not responsible for packages that are lost, returned, or unclaimed
due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery
Delivery Disclaimer (No Guarantee on Delivery Dates)
Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the carrier.
• TKB has no control over transit times or delays after shipment.
• Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
• If you require delivery by a specific date, select an express service
at checkout. ( 2 Days or Overnight)
• USPS and standard ground services do not guarantee delivery dates.
Please plan accordingly and allow buffer time for delays.
Customer-Provided Shipping Lables
• We can accommodate customer-provided shipping labels for orders
over $1,000 (or at TKB’s discretion)
• Requests must be approved prior to order processing
• A $10 handling fee per box will apply
• All shipments must meet carrier requirements and be compatible with our
fulfillment process
TKB Trading International Shipping Policy
Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for all international shipping charges, including additional fees for remote area delivery.
- The customer must pay customs duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by your country.
- No refunds will be issued if a package is rejected due to unpaid fees or fails to clear customs.
- You would have agreed (clicking the box) to the notice below before ordering.
No Returns or Refunds
- We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on both products and shipping fees for international orders.
- Refunds are only issued if a product is missing or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package (minor wear on the box is normal).
- Keep all packaging materials and items intact.

Damaged Items for International Orders
For international orders, we will refund the value of the damaged product(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not re-ship damaged items internationally due to high shipping costs and customs delays.
Photo Documentation Required
To process a damage claim, you must provide clear photos showing the damage in full. Photos should include:
- The damaged item with packaging removed (full, front-facing view)
- Close-up shots highlighting the damaged area(s)
- The shipping box and any packing materials used
Claims submitted without clear, full-view photos cannot be processed.
14-Day Claim Policy
- You are responsible for tracking your order.
- Any missing orders, damaged products, or delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We are not responsible for any issues reported after the 14-day period and cannot provide assistance or refunds beyond this timeframe.
Shipping Rates & Canadian Orders
- We pass on discounted shipping rates to all customers.
- Canadian customers using FedEx Ground: Higher tax rates apply, especially for nail polish products, which can only be shipped via FedEx Ground.
- Any additional import fees are imposed by your country, and we have no control over them.
- If you are a certified business, check for government programs that may help reduce import taxes.
International Shipping Waiver
By placing an international order, you, the buyer, agree to the following terms:
- Customs Clearance: You understand that your order may be subject to customs inspection, delays, or rejection by your local authorities. TKB Trading is not responsible for any actions taken by customs.
- Non-Refundable Orders: You acknowledge that TKB Trading cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders that are delayed, rejected, or confiscated by customs.
- Responsibility for Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with the import regulations of your country.
- No Warranty on Delivery: TKB Trading cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to varying customs processing times.
- Acceptance of Risk: By placing this order, you accept the risk of potential customs-related issues, including delays or non-delivery.
