Order, Cancellation, Refund, and Shipping Policy

Please review this policy before placing your order. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be made.

U.S. orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to a 6% cancellation fee. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

If delivery is refused or an eligible order is returned after shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Applicable refunds are subject to a 6% cancellation fee and 20% restocking fee.

International Orders

International orders cannot be cancelled once submitted, except where cancellation or withdrawal rights are required by applicable consumer law.

EU/EEA consumers may exercise applicable statutory withdrawal rights. Where a right of withdrawal applies, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. Returned products must meet applicable return conditions.

Consumable Products

Cosmetic bases, pigments, powders, liquids, oils, additives, and other formulation ingredients cannot be returned once opened or used, except where required by applicable law.

Package Protection

TKB Trading offers Route Package Protection at checkout for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, including packages marked “Delivered” that cannot be located or were not received.

If Route is purchased, eligible claims are handled through Route according to its terms and requirements.

If Route Package Protection Is Declined

If Route is declined, lost or missing shipments—including packages marked “Delivered” but not received—are subject to the carrier's claims process.

TKB can submit a carrier claim on your behalf. No refund will be issued until the carrier approves and pays the claim. TKB will refund only the amount actually reimbursed by the carrier and will not send a replacement shipment.

If the carrier denies the claim, no refund will be issued.

Refunds & Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless reimbursed to TKB through an approved carrier claim or otherwise required by applicable law.

Applicable cancellation and restocking fees are deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Closed Legacy Partners

Closed Legacy Partners are subject to the same order, cancellation, return, shipping, and refund policies.

Any exception granted by TKB is a one-time courtesy and does not establish an exception for future orders.
