Morning Glory is a stable, non-bleeding blue pigment with just a hint of grey to result in a somewhat muted, complex blue.
It is a certified non-toxic color, but not cosmetic grade and so should be used only in soap projects.
Our concentrates are pigments or dyes (or blends of the two) which are suspended in vegetable glycerine. 1 fl.oz. of a concentrate will color approximately 24 pounds of soap to a medium shade.
