Water, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Polysorbate 20, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Benzoate, Phenoxyethanol

Simply wet your eyeliner brush with a drop of our Mineral Wetliner, dip into a bit of powdered cosmetics, and apply. The product will dry to the touch within a minute.

Wetlining (aka Foiling) your minerals really makes the colors pop.

Creamy eyeliner

I used this on one of my favorite eyeshadow colors. It was so creamy and dried instantly. Long wearing. A little goes along way!!!!!

This product is okay. If it were waterproof it would get 5. Used it once haven't used it again.

Excellent for sensitive eyes

I've tried thicker sticky bases, and they not only physically irritated my eyelids (and led to an unpleasant outbreak of bumps) but they fell off in chunks. This product is thin, but does not run. The tiniest dab holds fine glitters and shimmer, and you can blend the edges while it is a bit wet, so no blotches or weird "drying time" windows. I use it over primer and shadow to "pop" shimmer or highlight and have also used it as a liner medium with loose pigment. Waterline use is slightly better for me than a pencil, but my eyes are watery. Nothing stays there. Except pollen. Speaking of which, this is touch-smear resistant and I also splashed water on my face AND THIS WAS THE ONLY STUFF THAT STAYED! Primed shadow went away, waterproof mascara ran, but I had a lovely little patch of golden shimmer. It will not run into your eye in heat and also makes nice foiling paste with several formulas of mineral/loose shadow even those that tend to be hydrophobic. I love it. Wish I could order bigger containers for making custom stage makeup.

If you ever wondered, this product makes matte lipstick!! I had a headache trying to figure out the combo but mix this with any mica, dye, pigments, along with lipstick base. VOILA!!! Matte lipstick no joke!!
