1. Prize Sweepstakes Period: The Labor Day Sale and Prize Period begins at 9:00 a.m. PDT on Monday 9/7/20 and ends at 8:29 a.m. PDT on Tuesday 9/8/20.
2. Eligibility: The TKB Labor Day Prize Sweepstakes is open to all International and US Domestic customers who make a purchase on www.tkbtrading.com between the hours of 9:00 a.m. PDT on Monday 9/7/20 through 8:29 a.m. PDT on Tuesday 9/8/20. Winners will be chosen at random.
3. Random Winners/Prize Notification: The potential winners will be chosen at random, on or around September 8, 2020. Eligible purchases will be randomly chosen by TKB Trading LLC. Winners will receive their prize along with their order shipment.
4. General Conditions: No substitutions, cash redemptions or transfer of prizes except as provided herein. TKB Trading LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a prize become unavailable. Disputes: Winner agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in the State of California, Alameda County; entrant submits to the sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of California, Alameda County, for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
