Top Three Techniques to Add Mica to Soap Making Projects:
1. Brush mica into your soap mold before pouring your base so that just the tops of your soaps have an added sparkle!
2. Blend our mica powders into your melted soap base for a swirly or uniform mica effect..
3. Decorate your soaps with mica after you’ve removed the soap bars from the mold:
- You can accent your soaps by dry brushing mica onto specific areas, or even decorate the flat sides of the soap bars by using a stencil and mica like these gorgeous soap stenciled bars from Sorcery Soap.
