Shipping Insurance (Optional)
Shipping Insurance is offered at checkout as an optional service to protect your order during transit.
If Shipping Insurance is selected and your package is confirmed lost or arrives materially damaged, TKB will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If Shipping Insurance is not selected, TKB must file a claim with the shipping carrier before any replacement or refund can be considered. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation process and timeline.
TKB is not responsible for transit delays or delivery issues caused by carrier volume, weather, mechanical failures, strikes, natural disasters, security controls, scanning errors, or other events outside of our control.
By declining Shipping Insurance, you acknowledge that any replacement or refund will be contingent upon the carrier's claim approval.
Shipping Insurance is optional but recommended for expedited resolution.
