TKB International Shipping Policy: By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below
Shipping Documentation
- TKB Trading will provide the standard shipping documentation accompanying your shipment, including a Commercial Invoice and any other documents we routinely provide for export.
- If customs or government authorities require additional documentation, permits, registrations, declarations, testing, certifications, or other information beyond our standard documentation, it is the customer's sole responsibility to obtain or provide such documentation.
- TKB Trading is not the Importer of Record and cannot communicate with or clear customs on the customer's behalf.
Customs & Import Requirements
The customer is solely responsible for:
- Complying with all import laws, cosmetic regulations, labeling requirements, ingredient restrictions, licensing requirements, and other applicable laws in the destination country.
- Responding to all requests from customs or government authorities.
- Providing any information or documentation requested by customs.
- Obtaining any permits, registrations, licenses, or approvals required for import.
- Appointing a customs broker where required.
- Completing customs clearance.
Ability to clear customs is not the responsibility of TKB Trading.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Tracking the shipment from dispatch until delivery.
- Monitoring all carrier tracking updates and notifications.
- Responding promptly to all communications from the carrier or customs.
- Providing any information requested by the carrier or customs.
- Collecting the shipment from a carrier facility or access point within the carrier's required holding period.
Failure to receive, read, or respond to carrier or customs notifications does not relieve the customer of these responsibilities.
TKB Trading is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, held, returned, refused, abandoned, or destroyed because the customer failed to respond to the carrier or customs, failed to provide requested information, failed to obtain customs clearance, or failed to collect the shipment within the carrier's required holding period.
Such circumstances do not constitute a shipping error by TKB Trading and do not entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, store credit, or any other compensation.
Refused, Returned, Unclaimed, Abandoned or Destroyed Shipments
No refund, replacement, store credit, or other compensation will be issued if the shipment is:
- Refused by the customer.
- Refused by customs.
- Returned by the carrier or customs.
- Unclaimed.
- Abandoned.
- Not collected within the carrier's required holding period.
- Destroyed or otherwise disposed of by the carrier or customs.
This applies whether or not the shipment is ultimately returned to TKB Trading.
Return Shipping Charges
If an international shipment is returned to TKB Trading for any reason, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping charges.
- Brokerage fees.
- Customs fees.
- Storage charges.
- Duties and taxes.
- Any other charges assessed by the carrier or customs authorities.
International return shipping charges are frequently substantially higher than the original outbound shipping charges because TKB Trading's negotiated U.S. shipping rates generally do not apply to international return shipments.order to be retrieved, opened, adjusted,
and repacked. The $15 fee reflects the handling cost charged by our fulfillment
partner.

• Customers may place a new order for additional items if needed
• Please review your order carefully before submitting payment
Delivery Claims
Once an order has shipped, any request to modify delivery requires carrier intervention.
Customers must inspect their shipment promptly upon delivery.
The following must be reported to TKB Trading within 14 calendar days of the carrier's final tracking update or delivery date, whichever occurs first:
- Missing shipments.
- Damaged shipments.
- Incorrect items.
- Shortages.
- Delivery issues.
Claims submitted after 14 calendar days cannot be investigated and are not eligible for a refund, replacement, store credit, or any other compensation.
Shipping Delays
TKB Trading is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections or clearance.
- Carrier delays.
- Weather.
- Government agencies.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Acceptance of These Terms
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the Importer of Record.
- You are responsible for complying with your country's import requirements.
- You are responsible for responding to the carrier and customs authorities.
- You are responsible for obtaining customs clearance.
- You are responsible for collecting your shipment when required.
- Failure to do so may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed.
- Such circumstances do not entitle you to a refund, replacement, store credit, or any other compensation from TKB Trading
