Glycerine, Pigment
Patriot Blue is a blend ofpigments which takes the color deeper than Ultramarine Blue, and somewhat more navy in tone. An excellent color for "Patriotic" projects, as well as for any project requiring a deep blue.
It is a certified non-toxic color, but not cosmetic grade and so should be used only in soap projects.
Our color concentrates are water-soluble pigments or dyes suspended in vegetable glycerine. 1 fl.oz. should color about 20 pounds of soap to a medium shade.
