TKB's Gel CC is a cosmetic additive that improves separation, viscosity and texture of solids.  It is vegan, being made from a form of natural clay.  Good for lipstick and gloss bases, amongst other cosmetics.

Note: this material will degrade some forms of plastic. Please do not transfer into a PET or PETE container and do not put any products made with this material in such a container. The plastic will crack.

NOTE: The product is Vegan and Palm-Oil Free 

Viscosity: 2000 - 4000 mPas
Recommended percentage of use: 2.0-10%

Rheological agents help keep your formula from separating, and also make the "flow" of the product more appealing. We recommend it in particular for use in our Highlighting Drops recipe to keep the pigments fully suspended.

  • The product works in both O/W and W/O emulsions.
  • It melts onto the skin with a smooth, velvety matte finish. 
  • It is ready to use. Just mix it into your product as a "cold process" additive.
  • It may also be used as parted of a heated phase of a formula, but please don't put it to direct heat or microwave it.
  • Keep away from sources of ignition such as heat, open flame, static electricity, spark.

I love this! trying to formulate the perfect creamy hydrating lovely feeling lip mask this is cc gel is the finishing touch when something just "feels missing" in a formula. Its like a magic emulsifier when you are using pigments and micas this and polyester castor wax are two exceptional addition to my ingredient cabinet. Make sure to use glass or metal if your can. Or use it very small amounts. Less that 2% if you put your final formula in a plastic jar or tube. I put some i a small plastic container for easy access and it sure did crack in a few days. I highly love this. Please continue to stock this MAGIC

I really appreciate this product by TKB Trading. It really works! The pictures to show what their GEL CC can do is the truth! - I got much improvements in my lip products by adding this product. Say what you will about prices, the quality is worth it and I haven't had any problems with any products that I purchased thru TKB Trading. My package came in fast, even during the post holiday timeframe. Also, I noticed even their lip liquid you get a lot in there and the price and quality is very good. Highly recommend.
